I love the layers in this flower

My children very much dislike "posing" for pictures right now. If I am lucky I am able to get them to smile "nicely" for a couple and then I just have to let them be goofy. As much I would like the smiling pictures, the crazy-all over the place pictures are a much better representation of our family.

Great Wolf Lodge
Back in September Christian won a gift card at work for Great Wolf Lodge. To say that we were excited to take the kids would be an understatement! We knew they would love it. We decided to surprise them the first weekend of December. We told them we were going somewhere special, the kids were convinced we were going to Chuck E Cheese (event though we told them we weren't). As it got closer, I was hoping the kids wouldn't be too disappointed with us not going to Chuck E Cheese. Luckily, when we arrived they were BEYOND thrilled!!!!!!

The Middle Child
This girl is AWESOME!!!!!! She is full of so much joy. With her joy also comes the other extreme at moments. We are currently working really hard on trying to give her some "tools" to use when she is overcome with emotion. As frustrating at the emotional swings can be at times, I wouldn't trade it because the joy and excitement she has for life is contagious.
It is not uncommon for this girl to go through 2 or 3 outfits a day, just because she likes to change clothes. Her sense of fashion is fun to watch.....she is opinionated about what she wears, but as you can tell there doesn't seem to be much reason for it. She loves her brothers is constantly being mommy #2 to her younger brother. Our little mommy in training.

Brothers
"Brothers don't shake hands, Brothers gotta hug (wrestle, tackle, etc)" - Tommy Boy, but I added the parenthesis

These two are crazy together. Their personalities are very different but they have many of the same loves......sports, outside, competition, and reading just to name a few. What a joy it is to watch these two become best friends. And, when did Hudson get so big?

Our Littlest Man
This little one cracks me up and often has me wrapped around his little finger. Like his older brother and sister, he brings much joy to our lives. But I'm not gonna lie, he and I have our fair share of difficult moments. He is fairly strong-willed and has a I can do anything and everything by myself attitude. He adores his brother and sister and loves to spend *lots* of time with Mommy. These pictures are from one of our afternoons in the backyard and I decided to get my camera (recently, this hasn't happened very often). I can't believe how much he has grown up in the last couple months!

Little Love #4
I think pretty much everyone knows by now, but we will be welcoming #4 to our family sometime mid July! All of us are very excited and can't wait for our addition to our little family. We did a little gender reveal a couple weeks ago. P was the only one in our family that thought the baby would be a girl, obviously the rest of us thought baby would be a boy. Here are the pictures:

We are THRILLED to be adding a little more pink in our lives! P was not as excited as I thought she would be about finding out that she would have a little sister. When I asked her why, she told me "Well, I already knew I was having a sister!" Now all we need to do is come up with a name (and prepare for her arrival).
